	Artist & The Head Hancho of Hotdog N' Bun: Akane Sandoval Skill: Illustration, Painting, Printmaking, Silkscreen Printing, Book making, Sculpture, Graphic Design, Dreamweaver MX, Photoshop, Illustrator Akane was born and raised in Shiga, Japan, and arrived to the United States in October of 1998. She spent two years at Moorpark College, where she graduated with an Associates Degree in Film and Television Production. From there she transferred to the University of California Santa Barbara, where she graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Studio, with an emphasis on painting and sculpture. She is a skilled painter with an eye for depth, balance and color. She is also personally gifted as a potential storybook artist. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, Akane married and moved to Los Angeles, California, where she created a company with her husband called Hotdog N’ Bun. She diversified the company into a freelance graphic design business, a T-shirt label, unique handbags and accessories, as well as leather craft and product design.
