Orientation? Rafi’s a heterosexual macho guy, with a different
young woman almost every week, but no steady ties. There are a few shady
forty-something women that he might have a soft spot for, but he’d
never let them know it. |

he have a lot of friends? Nightclubs come and go in Los Angeles,
but Rafi Navon has always been involved in them since coming to the U.S.,
so he has a lot of friends, and connections that give him reach into many
worlds. He’s respected as something of an elder statesman of the underworld,
as he was the one who brokered the end to a long and brutal Russian mob
war that left a lot gruesome scenes all over L.A., and caused a lot of unwanted
attention to a lot of people. He’s a known moneymaker, and everyone
he’s ever done business with has made money. |

Single? Exes? Rafi’s a widower, who’d lost a wife and
son in a terrorist bombing in Tel-Aviv, while he was off drinking with his
men, after a violent incident at a checkpoint. He decided at that moment,
that there was no point, and left Israel for good. Since then, he’s
been in Los Angeles, and had made a success out of himself. But he never
wanted to marry again, and instead immersed himself in business. |
| What
he does and why? Rafi Navon is known and respected as a club-owner,
even though most people have no idea that he doesn’t have a single
asset to his name. But at Orion, everybody knows that Rafi’s the Man.
As an ex-commando, Rafi Navon has a lot of interesting connections, and
activities. There’s not a lot of call for commandos in the private
sector, but he knows all the ones that operate in the private sector. Through
security specialists, he has managed to find himself privy to a lot of inside
information in regards to the comings and goings of those in the diamond
trade, the trade in precious metals, bearer bonds, and the people that can
move them. He knows a few guys that he did time in the military with, who
import the majority of the ecstasy that comes through the West Coast, and
has connections with Homeland Security personnel who make Rafi indispensable
to anyone looking to bring their illegal freight outside of the actual pier
and into the populace. Rafi has friends who own freighters and shipping
companies, and other friends near Chernobyl, who offer the perfect place
for your waste, no matter how toxic it may be. Rafi has a number of Chinese
friends who bring things into the U.S., and who link him to certain low-budget
arms manufactures in the far east, that can provide cheap guns to be moved
to Africa, anytime. He even has friends in the entertainment business, who
advance him copiesBut Rafi’s real expertise, lies in being able to
do business with any and all of these people and others just like them throughout
the underworld, without so much as every touching a single item, or having
his fingers on anything. He simply acts as a middleman, bringing other parties
together, acting as a facilitator who leaves no trace. |

are his goals? Rafi’s philosophy is keep peace on the streets
so that business can continue. To him, the only thing that warring does,
is cause a lot of negative attention, and get a lot of good people killed.
To Rafi, everything is negotiable, without need to resort to violence. But
unfortunately, not everyone shares Rafi’s philosophy, and this could
threaten a very lucrative gasoline tax scam, of which he and many others
are involved, that brings in billions of dollars per year, much of which
had been used to buy into legitimate businesses and banks. His goal is to
become a billionaire without so much as a single asset to his name, and
to simply evaporate into thin air, never to be heard from again, and to
start fresh, someplace tropical, with beautiful women. |
