Aliases: Sergei the Terrible
Age: 55
Ethnicity: Russian
Sex: Male
Health Condition: Very strong, with a thick build, but a vodka drinker to the core, and has the skin condition that reflects that.
Sexual Orientation? Overly heterosexual, and known to engage in wild drug fueled orgies and sex parties. He buys women on the regular to pimp out in whorehouses across the nation, moving them from town to town, and he likes to grab a few for his own pleasure on occasion.
Does he have a lot of friends? Sergei has very few friend, if any. He has several men underneath him, who remain loyal out of fear and respect, but not out of friendship. He is coarse, and can be very cruel and unsympathetic towards the position of other people. He has numerous business competitors, employs ruthless tactics, and has many enemies.
Married? Single? Exes? Sergei is married to an attractive but weathered woman closer to his age named Paulina, whom has no illusions as to who her husband is, and how dangerous he is. She is loyal to him, and when he’s alone with her, he dotes on her, but never in front of other people, and he screws every woman he can get his hands on.
What he does and why? Sergei owns a lot of warehouses, renting space, and using as transshipment hubs for everything from drugs, to weapons, to stolen materials. From has his fingers in a lot of pies, and likes to invest his money in moneymaking schemes. He’s financed underground parties, gambling operations, whorehouses, strip clubs, and small mom and pop operations that he uses as meeting places, or just as a means to launder cash. Sergei is a major extortionist and shakedown artist, but mainly he picks on small Russian mom and pop operations, and local street operators. He shakes down a LOT of low level drug entrepreneurs. Sergei has a working relationship with various local Colombian drug operators, as well as some local Chicano gang operators, of which he makes various deals for cocaine and stolen cars to send to Russia. Sergei is a personal friend of Wang Jak Man, whom supplied him with the heroin he sold to people in Denver, Las Vegas, and Dallas. In addition, Sergei also maintains a hidden control over a number of gas stations littered about Los Angeles, of which he maintains a labyrinth of front companies, owned by offshore shell companies incorporated in Nevis by Costa Rican S.A. structures that eventually lead investigating authorities nowhere, while Sergei and his numerous partners are able to get away with evading billions in gasoline taxes, every year. No matter how large or how small, no deal is beneath consideration with Sergei, as his passion lies in making deals and negotiating.
What are his goals? To be the dominant Russian force in Southern California, while gaining a stronger foothold on the gasoline and drug businesses, and to muscle out all other Russian competition altogether. Sergei surrounds himself with former Soviet athletes, and spetsnaz soldiers, to see to the completion of his goals.
